Payment Terms

Our terms of trading are payment end of following month. There is a 3% settlement discount applicable if settled by Direct Debit 25th of following month and by cheque 15th of the following month. Terms and conditions apply.

Carriage Charges

  • UK mainland under £225 – £7.50
  • UK mainland under £50 – £10.50
  • Highlands and Islands under £225 - £11.50
  • Highlands and Islands under £50 - £14.50
  • Northern Ireland under £225 - £11.50
  • Northern Ireland under £50 - £14.50
  • Handling Fee under £50 order - £3.00
  • Other Special Delivery services are available on request

Channel Islands and Southern Ireland - £750.00 is carriage paid. Below that is a £20 carriage charge.

Standard Delivery Service

  • UK mainland - We use Yodel (originally DHL) 48 hour delivery service, however 95% of orders are delivered next day.
  • Island and highlands - 3 / 4 days
  • Northern Ireland - 3 / 4 days
  • Channel Islands - 2 / 3 days

Returns Procedure

  • Authorisation must first be obtained, please contact a member of our Telesales Team on 01485 536200
  • Goods should be packed securely in an outer carton.
  • Returns paperwork is required giving account number and explanation for return.
  • If relevant please enclose consumer proof of purchase.
  • If product is DOA being returned for credit please ensure goods are returned "in original box" and complete with all accessories.

Statements / Delivery Notes / Invoices

Back in August we stated our intention to progress towards eliminating the need for a printed invoice with Statements. From January 3rd 2012 the following changes will take place:

  • December’s Statement format will change. This will be the last time printed invoices with be sent with monthly Statements.
  • From January 3rd 2012 the current 'Delivery Note/Copy Invoice' will become the ‘Delivery Note/Invoice’, please retain this document.
  • The January 2012 Statement, sent early February, will be without printed invoices.
